HOW WE HANDLE THIS

Data, Security and Account Integrity at srexch

Every policy we maintain is designed to protect your account and give you clear, enforceable rights. Here is how we approach the six areas that matter most to our account holders.

Data Collection and Use

We collect only the data needed to operate your account — name, contact details, payment identifiers such as your UPI handle, and session activity. Data is never sold. We use it to process transactions, verify identity and improve the platform experience.

Cookie Policy

Our platform uses session cookies to keep you logged in, preference cookies to remember your lobby settings, and analytics cookies to understand page performance. You can manage non-essential cookies through the settings panel in your account.

Account Security Practices

Accounts are protected by encrypted login, two-step verification options and automatic session expiry after inactivity. If we detect unusual login behaviour — such as an access attempt from a new device — we send an alert to your registered email before any change is made.

Data Retention Period

We retain transaction records and account data for the period required by applicable financial and regulatory law. Once the retention window closes, data is permanently deleted or anonymised. You can request the exact retention schedule for your account type via our compliance desk.

Who to Contact and How

For data access, correction or deletion requests, contact our compliance team by email with your account ID and the nature of the request. For urgent account security matters, live chat routes you to a senior agent within two minutes during operating hours.

Requesting Changes to Your Data

You have the right to request a copy of all data we hold about you, to correct inaccurate records, or to ask for deletion where no legal retention obligation applies. Requests are processed within five working days and confirmed by email to your registered address.

Frequently Asked Policy Questions

Below are the questions we receive most often about account terms, data rights and legal conditions on srexch. If your question is not answered here, our compliance desk can assist directly.

Yes. Submit a written request to our compliance email with your account ID. We will compile and send a full data summary within five working days. This includes transaction logs, login records and any stored payment identifiers such as your UPI handle.

Contact us via email or live chat, state which record is inaccurate or which data you want removed, and we will process the request within five working days. Deletion is subject to legal retention obligations — we will notify you if any data must be kept under applicable law.

We share payment identifiers only with the payment processor completing your transaction and, where required, with regulators under applicable law. Your Paytm or PhonePe details are never sold or passed to advertisers or unrelated third parties.

The governing law is stated in the terms you accepted at account opening. Access and eligibility depend on local law and the platform is available only where local law permits. Our compliance team can confirm the applicable jurisdiction for your account on request.

We retain your records for the period required by the financial and regulatory laws applicable to your account. This is typically between two and five years depending on the record type. Once the retention window expires, data is permanently deleted or anonymised.

Clearing session cookies will log you out of your current session. Opting out of analytics cookies means we stop tracking your in-platform behaviour for performance purposes. Core functionality cookies cannot be disabled as they are required for the account to operate securely.

We send a notice to your registered email address before any material change to our terms takes effect. The email states what has changed, why, and when the new terms apply. Continued use of your account after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
